What You'll Do

As a Field Service Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers' equipment operates safely and efficiently.

- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heating equipment at customer locations and company facilities
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak performance and rental-ready condition
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement timely solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service while representing REIC professionally in the field
- Train customers on the safe and effective operation of equipment
- Complete service documentation using company-provided technology




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Travel up to 50% throughout North America supporting customer and project needs

What We're Looking For

We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy technical challenges, customer interaction, and working in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

- Mechanical, diesel, HVAC, industrial, or related technical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using mobile devices, laptops, and service software
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to tow trailers or willingness to learn
- Commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments in varying conditions

Preferred Experience

- HVAC certification or experience
- Diesel engine or power generation experience
- Field service or rental equipment industry experience
- Experience working directly with customers in a service setting
