Active Family Near Calgary/Airdrie Seeking Support with Kids, Homeschooling, and Day-to-Day Life

We are a family with four children, ages 11, 10, 8, and 5. We recently relocated to an acreage about 15 minutes northwest of Airdrie (or 20ish minutes north of Calgary), and we're looking for a excellent individual to join our family team.

We're seeking a kind, reliable, and fun-loving person to help care for our kids, support with their homeschooling program, assist with keeping up the house, meal prep, and help with daily activities such as day trips to the mountains, outings, and occasional family trips. If you're someone who enjoys being outdoors, engaging with kids, and supporting an active, values-driven family, we'd love to connect.

Role Includes:

Supporting homeschooling lessons (no formal teaching required, just hands-on help)

Household tasks such as cleaning or laundry etc.

Helping with meal prep.

Joining family outings and activities





Occasionally accompanying us on family trips

Position Details:

Hours: 30–40 hours per week, depending on fit and availability

Schedule: Mostly weekdays, with some evenings and weekends (especially during family trips)

Compensation: Salary negotiable based on experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience or strong interest in early childhood education

Class 5 driver’s license with clean driving record

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain, costs covered by us)

French language skills would be a bonus

Ability to ski or snowboard would be a bonus
