The Sales Manager ensures high vehicle sales by assisting in desking deals, closing customer transactions, and inspiring sales personnel.

Duties:

- Manage & oversee incoming traffic from all leads

- Desk deals based on current incentives

- Maintain a sales log

- Assist in inventory control, ensuring a focus on aging units

- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores

- Train & coach sales personnel

- Attend & complete regular meetings & training





- Other responsibilities as needed

- PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $90,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
