Job Overview
We are looking for a personable and customer-focused Sales Associate to be the lead in our showroom. This role is responsible for creating a positive shopping experience, helping customers find the right pieces for their homes, and providing knowledgeable and personalized service.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to help them find products that meet their needs.
- Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain excellent communication skills with customers, including professional phone etiquette for remote inquiries.
- Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure displays are attractive and organized.
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment, including dusting and vacuuming furniture.
- Support inventory management, pricing, accounts receivable, and general showroom operations as required.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the sales, warehouse, delivery, and management teams.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions,



and receipts.

Requirements

- Previous retail sales experience preferred, with a specific interest in furniture sales.
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, transactions, and inventory counts.
- Design Eye: A good eye for staging furniture and creating inviting displays
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude and skilled demeanor.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
