Are you passionate about travel and eager to turn that passion into a rewarding career? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become a Travel Consultant. The best part? No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and certifications to help you succeed in this role.

As a Travel Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in planning and booking their dream vacations. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and travel requirements, providing expert advice and personalized recommendations. Your duties will include:

- Researching and recommending travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options,



travel insurance and activities that best meet the customer's needs.
- Managing reservations, confirming bookings, and handling any necessary changes or cancellations.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and assisting them if any issues occur during their travel.
- Staying up-to-date with travel trends, industry news, and destination information to better serve clients.

At this time, we are looking for candidates who are willing to spend at least 8-12 hours in the travel office supporting inbound calls, website leads and walk-in customers. Additional time can be spent working at home or in the office based on the flexibility that you need (other jobs, kids in school, etc).

Consultants are required to obtain a TICO Certificate and complete Expedia Cruises online training. No previous travel industry experience is required, but strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an existing client or community network are great assets.

We especially welcome candidates in the M2H, M2J, and M2K areas who have community connections, client relationships, or social media experience on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, or Rednote.
