We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate ,accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring smooth day-to-day bookkeeping operations. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities

- Manage and record all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently to support cash flow management
- Conduct account analysis to monitor financial health and prepare reports for management review
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate employee payments
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and financial documents for audit readiness
- Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and assisting in financial planning

Requirements





- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, receivable, and account reconciliation
- Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance standards
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations and account analysis accurately
- Knowledge of basic budgeting techniques and financial reporting practices
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and vendors
