Overland Truck Outfitters is a family owned and operated large truck cap and trailer store. We handle hundreds of products and tailor each sale to specific customers. We are looking for someone long-term with an eye on promotion to sales manager in the future..

```Duties:```
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Utilize product knowledge to provide recommendations and upsell additional items
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

```Qualifications:```




- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficiency in operating a POS system and handling cash transactions
- Basic math skills for calculating totals, discounts, and change accurately
- Experience in similar fields is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
