Responsibilities

- Prepare fresh sandwiches and salads according to established recipes and customer preferences, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately using POS systems and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, proper food handling procedures, and sanitation guidelines.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety.
- Upsell menu items by suggesting additional options or upgrades to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.




- Support team members with food preparation tasks, kitchen cleanliness, and overall restaurant operations to ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in fast-paced environments involving serving or food handling.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology.
- Robust time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
- Basic math skills for order totaling, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities.
- Experience in cashiering or serving roles within the food industry is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
