We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Residential Construction & Landscaping Laborer to assist with residential construction, landscaping, excavation, and general property improvement projects. The ideal candidate is physically capable, willing to learn, and comfortable working outdoors and operating basic tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with residential construction and renovation projects
- Perform general labor, site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Assist with excavation, digging, grading, leveling, and backfilling
- Operate and assist with skidsteers, compact equipment, and other machinery as required
- Load, unload, and transport construction and landscaping materials
- Install and prepare gravel, soil, sod, and other landscaping materials
- Assist with retaining walls, walkways, patios, fencing, and other outdoor projects
- Use hand and power tools safely and properly
- Measure, cut, move, and install various construction materials
- Maintain clean,



protected, and organized job sites
- Perform seasonal property maintenance and landscaping work
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other general construction and labor duties as required

Qualifications:

- Previous residential construction, landscaping, excavation, or general labor is an asset
- Experience with skid steer or other compact equipment is an asset
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Physical capable of lifting heavy material and performing manual labor
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to follow instructions and work independently or part of a team
- Valid Class 5 license is REQUIRED
- MUST understand and speak English

Pay: $17.05-$23.00 per hour
