The Yard & Delivery Coordinator safely prepares, handles, and delivers materials to support TKL's precast manufacturing and field operations. The ideal candidate is consistent with attendance, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will be as follows, but not limited to:

· Pick, pack, and prepare daily material orders for transport to project sites.

· Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, including steel, plywood, lifting hardware, and other materials.

· Conduct and document daily inspections and basic maintenance of company trucks and skid steers.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and all environmental, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.

· Deliver materials, tools, and supplies to various job sites throughout the GTA.

· Perform general plant maintenance and housekeeping duties as required.

· Operate an overhead crane safely and in accordance with company procedures (training provided to the right candidate).

· Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints to accurately identify and prepare materials for shipment (training provided to the right candidate).





Job Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Minimum five (5) years of driving experience within the GTA.

· Minimum 25 years of age (if required by the company's insurance provider).

· Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record.

· Comfortable operating a 3500 pickup truck (no special licence required).

· Ability to communicate professionally with site superintendents and project personnel.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

· Hands-on, proactive attitude with a strong focus on execution and results.

· Ability to safely load and unload materials using an overhead crane (training provided if required).

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints to ensure the correct hardware and materials are prepared for each project (training provided to the right candidate).

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
