As a shift manager you will be responsible for assisting the execution of daily operational activities.

In General:

- Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures with all team members.
- Act as a cash manager as needed, including setting up cash registers at open and verifying cash at close.
- Perform walk throughs to ensure restaurant is ready for open and rush ready.
- Work with entire management team to ensure quality production and service standards are met and to create a protected, efficient, and professional environment for all team members are guests.
- Work with Management team to train, develop and communicate with crew members in a positive way that helps maximize retention.
- Help execute all shift specific procedures according to Company standards.
- Follow-up and ensure resolution of any guest issues as required.





This position and rate of pay is for individuals searching for full time, permanent employment. Applicants must have a fully flexible weekly schedule and must be able to maintain this availability consistently throughout the entire year.
