We're looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Service Representative who

enjoys building lasting client relationships, and working alongside a collaborative,

supportive team.

The Role:

Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance clients by:

- Handling renewals, endorsements, certificates, policy changes and billing inquiries.
- Assist with preparing renewal and remarket policies when appropriate.
- Work closely with Account Executives to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Build strong relationships with our insurer partners.
- Identify opportunities to help clients understand their evolving risks.
- Maintain accurate documentation within Applied Epic.
- Ensure service standards and compliance requirements are consistently met.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Current RIBO License in good standing required
- 2+ years experience of commercial insurance brokerage experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial property, liability, automobile and package policies.




- Experience with Applied Epic is considered a strong asset.
- CAIB and/or CIP also considered an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and client requests in a quick-paced environment.
- A positive, team-first attitude and genuine commitment to client service.
