We are seeking an experienced Revit BIM Specialist to develop and maintain parametric Revit families and data-driven workflows for custom cabinetry and millwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain parametric Revit families for cabinetry, millwork, and related components.
- Create and manage shared parameters, formulas, and family configurations.
- Develop automated Revit schedules for production, purchasing, shipping, and installation.
- Ensure schedules automatically update as cabinets and components are added, removed, or modified.
- Establish and maintain consistent Revit family and BIM standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual data entry.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, particularly family creation and scheduling.
- Experience with custom cabinetry, casework, or architectural millwork preferred.
- Strong understanding of Revit parameters, schedules, nested families, and formulas.
- Experience with Dynamo, Python, or Revit API is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to develop organized, scalable BIM systems.
