- You call and message past customers to bring them back in for tires or service.
- You keep everything organized in our CRM system so nothing gets lost.

- First and for most you are excellent with people on the phone, over text, in messages.
- Don't take silence personally and follow up without being annoying.
- Stay organized when there's a lot coming at you at once.
- Actually like closing a sale and take pride in it.
- Show up every day and do the work consistently.
