We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Printing Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials efficiently. Responsibilities

- Set up and operate various types of printing presses, ensuring proper alignment, ink application, and quality control throughout the production process
- Monitor machine performance during operation, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal output and minimize waste
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to prevent downtime and extend machinery lifespan
- Inspect printed materials for quality, color accuracy, and consistency, making corrections as necessary
- Manage inventory of printing supplies such as inks, plates, and paper to ensure continuous production flow
- Collaborate with the packaging team to prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring proper handling and labeling
- Follow safety protocols diligently,



including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to manufacturing standards

Requirements

- Proven experience operating printing presses or similar manufacturing machinery in a high-volume environment
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on complex equipment
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including forklift operation for material handling and inventory management
- Robust understanding of manufacturing processes related to printing, packaging, and machining techniques
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred to efficiently coordinate material movement and storage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail and a focus on quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to safety compliance
- Press is a Heidleberg SM-74
