Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage a successful subprime finance portfolio
- Generate leads through walk-in traffic, phone inquiries, internet leads, referrals, and self-generated business
- Develop and maintain a strong referral network within the community
- Process subprime and prime-to-subprime finance applications
- Submit and negotiate deals with lenders to achieve approvals
- Structure deals that meet both customer needs and lender requirements
- Rework and resubmit applications to maximize approval opportunities




- Coordinate all aspects of vehicle delivery, including:
- Timely funding of deals
- Submission of purchase orders for accessories, protection packages, and reconditioning
- Collection of required fees and down payments
- Presentation of finance products and protection products
- Credit insurance and extended service contract offerings
- Monitor market trends, lender programs, and competitor activity
- Utilize social media and digital platforms to promote financing opportunities and generate business
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales and finance process

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of dealership subprime finance experience required
- Proven success in automotive finance and sales
- Strong knowledge of sub prime lending and credit solutions
- Experience negotiating and structuring deals with lenders
- Established referral network considered a strong asset
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- CDK experience is an asset but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented
