Our Meadow Lake Protex Environmental office is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as the central point of communication for our customers and field teams. In this dispatch-focused role, you will be responsible for managing incoming service inquiries and efficiently coordinating with our service personnel to ensure timely and effective solutions for our clients. Here's a look at what a typical day at work can look like:

- Communicate professionally with current and potential customers
- Process new customer acquisition forms and paperwork
- Coordinate and organize work schedules for operators and technicians
- Prepare Work Orders for daily assignments to division personnel
- Prepare Invoices from completed and submitted work orders
- Report problems and unresolved issues to the Operations Manager
- Use innovative thinking to suggest methods to improve customer service and client relationships
- Other duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements

- Excellent qualified communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)




- Experience with or knowledge of Heavy Commercial vehicles is an asset
- A highly motivated, organized, and productive work ethic
- A strong commitment to safety in the workplace
