Overview
We are seeking a friendly and skilled Servers/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for all guests. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a positive experience in a fast-paced setting. Prior restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems are highly valued. Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations
- Restock bar supplies as needed during shifts to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist in serving food when required, supporting overall restaurant operations




- Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify customer identification as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Latest Smart serve a must.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred, especially in a bar or restaurant setting
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly following legal guidelines
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
