We’re seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant General Manager to oversee all aspects of our bustling restaurant operations. Duties

- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and efficient workflow across all departments
- Supervise and motivate team members, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to uphold quality standards and consistency
- Manage food safety protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations
- Utilize POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to optimize food production, serving times, and menu offerings




- Conduct interviews to recruit qualified team members who align with our service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure availability of ingredients and supplies

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment
- Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
- Strong team management skills with demonstrated leadership in hospitality settings
- Familiarity with restaurant management software such as Micros POS or similar systems
- Experience in restaurant management roles within hospitality or hotel environments is highly desirable
- Background in food handling, serving, barista work, or kitchen experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
