- Must Be 18+
- Speaks Fluent English added bonus speaks Spanish
- Must be available to work day and evening shifts till 9pm
- Maintaining the CLEANLINESS of the gym, equipment, restrooms, etc.
- Greet all guests & clients in a pleasant manner
- Give tours with knowledgeable information on the quality of equipment and highlight gyms assets
- Selling Memberships (drop ins & cold calling)
- Fill out contracts (memberships) & (personal training)
- Security Camera Reporting
- Computer Inputting – Prospects – Registered Prospects
- Filing / Organizing Office
- Provided back-up supervision of the gym and independently manage the establishment when manager/owner are not present
- Assist clientele with operation of gym and all other equipment
- Maintain a record of all guests and members coming to the gym.
- Set up “orientations” and personal training sessions for members
- Handle all incoming calls and answer any enquiries made.
- Administered payments made by the members.
- Resolved all customer complaints.
