We are a growing manufacturing company specializing in high-quality, precision-engineered custom truck parts, shipped worldwide. For over a decade, we’ve built our reputation on craftsmanship, innovation, and consistency. Our team takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards at every stage of production, and we’re currently looking for a dependable and hardworking Labourer to join us.
All of our products are manufactured in-house—from design and laser cutting to welding, finishing, powder coating, assembly, and shipping.
Position Overview
As a Labourer, you’ll play an important role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring production runs efficiently. This is a hands-on position where you’ll assist skilled tradespeople, prepare materials, assemble parts and help maintain a safe and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize materials for production
- Load and unload materials and finished products
- Assist tradespeople with various production tasks
- Operate basic machinery and hand tools
- Sand and grind metal components
- Perform basic quality checks on materials and finished goods
- Assist with inventory organization and storage
- Assemble, package, and ship products
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work setting
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or shop environment is required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
- Experience using hand tools (drills, sanders, etc.)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
- Commitment to workplace safety and procedures
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in trucks is a bonus, but not required

Shop Details
- Location: Crossfield, AB
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime may be available)
- Steel-toe boots required; all other PPE provided
Compensation
- $16–$26 per hour; wage is entirely based on applicable experience
