Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and health history to tailor massage treatments accordingly.
- Perform various massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massages.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients.




- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns during the session.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments or self-care practices.
- Maintain accurate records of client sessions and treatment plans in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills to create a positive experience for clients.
- Proficient in medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to maintain professionalism while providing empathetic care.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and hygiene standards in a therapeutic setting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00-$70.00 per hour
