Field Representative – Business Outreach
Full-Time | Calgary, AB | Field-Based
We are looking for an energetic, confident and hardworking Field Representative to help develop new business opportunities across Calgary.
This is a field-based outreach role. Your primary responsibility is simple: visit local businesses, connect with owners and decision-makers, introduce our company, and arrange qualified product demonstrations for our sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Visit local businesses throughout Calgary
- Introduce our company and products to potential customers
- Identify and connect with business owners and decision-makers
- Arrange qualified product demonstrations
- Maintain basic records of visits, contacts and appointments
- Follow up with potential customers when required
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent spoken English and confident communication
- Friendly, qualified and comfortable meeting new people
- Hardworking, self-motivated and reliable
- Comfortable visiting businesses in person every day
- Able to work independently and stay organized
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Previous experience in outside sales, B2B sales, door-to-door sales, HVAC, solar, security systems, telecommunications, commercial cleaning or office equipment is an asset, but not required.

This position focuses on business outreach and booking qualified demonstrations. You are not responsible for conducting product demonstrations, technical support or closing sales.
