Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality meals while adhering to food safety standards. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining high quality and presentation.
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling and storage of food items.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Help train recent kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.




- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
