About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a agile team delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This role is ideal for a highly skilled developer with extensive experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM), along with expertise in integrations and modern Service Portal development.

The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions that enhance business processes and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and CSM modules.
- Configure and customize workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Build and customize Service Portal components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Qualifications

- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on expertise with ITSM and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.




- Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and IntegrationHub.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Service Portal development.
- Experience with scripting, automation, and platform customization.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, security, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist certification.
- ServiceNow CSM Implementation Specialist certification.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications such as HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, or other platform specializations are considered an asset.
