A leader in the distribution of Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation and PVF products, we currently have an opening for an experienced HVAC Inside Sales Representative.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional and responsive customer service to HVAC contractors and trade customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure accurate and timely follow-up with customers.
- Maintain strong knowledge of HVAC products, systems, and company offerings.
- Identify sales opportunities through up-selling, promotion of specials, and proactive customer contact.
- Support the Outside Sales team by identifying leads and coordinating on customer opportunities.

Qualifications





- minimum 2 years HVAC experience with demonstrated product knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to work in a quick paced environment
- Bilingualism would be an asset
