Industrial ovens. Proofers. Conveyors. Pizza systems. Custom bakery equipment — designed, built, and assembled in-house. None of it happens without the right materials showing up on time, at the right price.

That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist who can juggle suppliers, deadlines, and production demands without breaking a sweat. This isn’t a "cut a PO and wait" role — you’ll be in the middle of the action, keeping a fast-moving manufacturing floor stocked and running.

What you’ll be doing:

- Sourcing materials, equipment, and services — and negotiating like it’s your own money
- Managing POs through our ERP system, start to finish
- Building supplier relationships across Canada, the US, and overseas
- Chasing down late shipments before they become production problems
- Digging into inventory and purchasing trends to stay ahead of demand
- Working shoulder-to-shoulder with Production, Engineering, and Warehouse teams

You’ll do well here if you:





- Negotiate hard but keep relationships intact
- Stay calm when three things are on fire at once
- Actually enjoy solving supply chain puzzles
- Take ownership instead of waiting to be told

What we’re looking for:

- 3–5+ years of purchasing/procurement experience in manufacturing
- ERP/MRP system experience
- Strong Excel and negotiation skills
- Bonus points: food or industrial manufacturing background, capital equipment purchasing experience
