Grey County Construction Inc. is seeking a reliable and experienced General Construction Worker to join our team. We complete a wide range of residential construction, renovation, and exterior projects. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, reliability, and teamwork.

Duties & Responsibilities

- General residential construction and renovation work
- Interior projects including framing, drywall, flooring, trim, kitchens, and bathrooms
- Exterior projects including decks, stairs, railings, sheds, and outdoor structures
- Landscaping and site work (grading, retaining walls, material handling)
- Demolition, cleanup, and job site preparation
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site
- Follow instructions, plans, and company safety standards

Requirements

- Experience in general construction, carpentry, or residential renovations
- Comfortable using common construction tools and equipment
- Robust work ethic and attention to detail




- Physically able to perform construction labour
- Reliable transportation to meet daily at the company location or job site
- Valid driver’s licence required to operate company vehicles
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Assets (Not Required)

- Deck building or interior finishing experience
- Landscaping or exterior construction experience
- Ability to read basic drawings or plans
