Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and advantages, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering tailored recommendations, and upselling relevant products or accessories
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and optimize product visibility
- Ensure store cleanliness,



stock levels, and product placement are consistently maintained to enhance the shopping experience
- Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers about product functionalities and technical specifications

Skills

- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse customer bases
- Previous experience in technology sales or retail sales is preferred; familiarity with product demos enhances effectiveness
- Technical sales experience helps in explaining complex features clearly and confidently
- Bilingual skills in English and other languages improve customer engagement across diverse communities
- Strong merchandising, cashiering, and POS system knowledge are essential for smooth operations
- Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication and phone etiquette ensure positive interactions
- Ability to handle cash accurately, perform basic math calculations, and manage time efficiently during busy periods
- Upselling techniques coupled with organizational skills contribute to achieving sales goals and maintaining store standards

Pay: $35,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
