What are we looking for?

TIME Limited is looking for a Welder/Fitter who is skilled in mechanical tasks with experience in hydraulic systems and repairs to join us at our manufacturing and fabrication shop in Haileybury, ON.

Duties and responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the fabrication shop

· Assign work based on employee abilities, workload, and production priorities.

· Monitor production progress and ensure deadlines are met.

· Supervise welding, fitting, and fabrication work to ensure quality standards are maintained.

· Ensure employees have the materials, equipment, and information required to complete their work.

· Ensure work orders are completed accurately, including proper time tracking.

· Monitor employee performance, productivity, and workmanship.

· Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.

Job requirements





· 5+ years of experience in a fabrication or welding workplace.

· Previous supervisory or leadership experience is required.

· Strong knowledge of welding, fitting and fabrication processes

· Ability to read and understand work orders, drawings and specifications

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· Ability to prioritize work and meet production deadlines.

· Strong attention to quality and detail.

· A safety-first attitude and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
