Clad-Tech Inc. works on exterior building systems including architectural cladding, metal siding, roofing, glazing, and insulated panel solutions for projects across Atlantic Canada.
We are hiring a Part-Time / On-Call Cladding Installer Helper to support our field crew with material handling, site setup, and basic installation support. This is an entry-level role for someone dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist installers with unloading, staging, and moving cladding materials and tools

- Maintain a clean, safe work area (debris removal, keeping walkways transparent)

- Support basic site setup tasks (layout assistance, measuring/marking, fetching materials)

- Help with packing, loading,



and organizing tools/materials for daily installs

- Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions consistently

Qualifications

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors at heights/active job sites

- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with repetitive tasks

- Basic hand-tool comfort is an asset (drill, impact, tape measure, level)

- Fall protection / safety training is an asset (can be trained)

- Driver's license and transportation are an asset

- English required; French is an asset
