Summary

We are seeking a Coach to join our team at Dogtopia. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising playtime and ensuring a safe and fun environment for the dogs in our care. Your passion for dogs and commitment to their well-being will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience for both pets and their owners.

Responsibilities

- Supervise dog playgroups to ensure safety and positive interactions among dogs.
- Engage with dogs through play, exercise, and training activities.
- Monitor the health and behavior of dogs during daycare sessions.
- Communicate effectively with pet parents about their dog's day and any concerns.




- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility.
- Provide excellent customer service to pet parents during drop-off and pick-up.

Requirements

- Experience working with dogs or in a pet care environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects as required for the role.
- Robust customer service skills to interact positively with pet parents.
- Passion for animal welfare and commitment to providing exceptional care.
- Ability to work Saturday's and Sunday's
