Panacea Clinic is seeking an outgoing and professional Family Physician Outreach Representative to introduce our healthcare services and referral pathways to family doctors and their office teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and wants to strengthen their skills in business development, healthcare marketing and physician relations.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit family physician offices to introduce Panacea Clinic and explain our services.
- Deliver referral forms, educational materials and clinic resources.
- Build positive relationships with physicians, office managers and administrative teams.
- Clearly explain Panacea Clinic’s referral pathways and how patients can access our services.
- Listen to feedback and identify the needs of local medical practices.
- Professionally navigate busy offices, gatekeepers, limited availability and occasional rejection.
- Track office visits, contacts, feedback and follow-up opportunities.
- Provide regular updates regarding outreach activity and potential opportunities.
- Represent Panacea Clinic in a polished, professional and approachable manner.

- A strong listener who can adapt their approach to each office.
- Resilient and able to remain friendly and skilled when dealing with busy or unreceptive office staff.
- Organized, dependable and able to manage an outreach schedule independently.
- Interested in developing business development, sales, marketing and relationship-management skills.
- Previous experience as a pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare or physician-relations representativewould be a strong asset.
- Previous outreach, sales, customer service or healthcare experience is also considered an asset.

Requirements

- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Must be insurable to drive for work-related travel.
- Available to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
- Comfortable travelling to family physician offices throughout Waterdown and surrounding communities.

Compensation

- $20-25 per hour
- Business mileage reimbursed according to the applicable CRA-recommended automobile allowance rate.
