Responsibilities

- Accurately measure and batch ingredients such as cement, sand, gravel, and water according to project specifications
- Operate heavy equipment including mixers, forklifts, and other machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain proper inventory levels of raw materials in the warehouse or storage area
- Conduct routine inspections of batching equipment, power tools, and safety devices to ensure optimal operation
- Assist with assembly, repair, or maintenance of batching machinery using hand tools, welding techniques, or machining skills
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries




- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards

Skills

- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly
- Experience operating forklifts and heavy machinery in a manufacturing or construction setting
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding, machining, and assembly processes
- Strong understanding of manufacturing procedures and construction site safety practices
- Ability to read technical diagrams and follow detailed instructions accurately
- Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
- Construction experience combined with knowledge of concrete batching processes enhances your effectiveness on the job
