Dhindsa Travel is looking for 2 experienced and motivated Travel Sales Consultants to join our Abbotsford team.

We are looking for strong sales professionals who have experience in the travel industry, excellent customer service skills, and good knowledge of GDS reservation systems.

Full-time availability is required.

Key Requirements

- Previous Travel Industry experience is required/preferred
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
- Good knowledge and experience with GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo
- Knowledge of airline reservations, fares and ticketing
- Ability to search and quote competitive international airfares
- Strong telephone and in-person sales skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Strong ability to follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Professional, reliable and team-oriented attitude
- Must be available to work Full-Time

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with flight and travel inquiries
- Provide professional airfare quotations and travel options
- Handle phone, online and walk-in customer inquiries




- Follow up with potential and existing customers
- Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings
- Assist with airline reservations and ticketing
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Achieve individual and company sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
- Work closely with our ticketing and operations team
