Job Summary:
The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the service calls for technicians across Ontario Canada and administer related paperwork.

Job Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
- Receive and process service requests from customers
- Dispatch service technicians to customer locations
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments (i.e., determine priorities to be assigned to service calls)
- Monitor service progress and update customers on status
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician availability
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective service delivery (i.e., confirm if parts have been received so that the job can be scheduled)
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Provide assistance with clerical duties as required

Skills/Qualifications:




- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer applications
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (word and excel)
- Knowledge of geographical dispatching area is considered an asset
