Overview

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role offers an opportunity to work in a lively hospitality environment where teamwork, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are paramount. Prior food service or restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a passion for hospitality and food industry standards.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during service
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support seamless operations
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
- Address guest inquiries, special requests,



and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including setting tables, clearing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and basic math skills for cashiering and billing
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods
- Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance
- Experience in food industry roles including serving, food preparation, or hospitality is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
