Site Supervisor — Full-Time

Position Overview: Hands-on Site Supervisor providing on-site presence and support across active projects, with particular focus on sites needing closer coordination. Combines site oversight with skilled labour support - stepping in wherever the job requires it.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide in office supervision across multiple active projects, prioritizing downtown and office sites
- Attend and coordinate site inspections
- Mobilize new project sites (setup, logistics)
- Check in on trades to confirm work is on schedule and to spec
- Install and maintain site protection
- Perform demolition, skilled labour, and other hands-on work as needed
- Flag site issues, delays, or safety concerns to the PM team




- Move between multiple concurrent sites based on daily priorities

Qualifications:

- Construction/renovation background with a skilled trade or labour foundation
- Demolition experience
- Comfortable covering multiple active sites in a given week
- Strong communication for coordinating with trades, PMs, and clients on site
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation between sites
- Physically able to perform demo and general labour work

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
