Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Manage laundry services efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens according to client preferences
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency during all tasks
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning appointments promptly while maintaining quality standards




- Uphold confidentiality and respect clients’ privacy by adhering to professional boundaries and discretion

Qualifications

- Fluency in English is required
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently within tight schedules
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Basic knowledge of laundry procedures
- Demonstrated time management skills with a proactive approach to completing duties on schedule
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a lively environment
