- A leader who can serve as the voice of the Client Success team while advocating for both the customer and the business.
- Proven experience driving customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, and long-term client relationships.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to improve processes, identify opportunities, and drive operational excellence.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- A hands-on, accountable leader who is comfortable balancing strategy with day-to-day execution.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing organization and takes ownership of outcomes.
