Position Overview

We are currently seeking Skilled Electricians/Experienced Apprentices to support our operations in our Shop. This role involves a broad range of electrical tasks including panel building, electrical equipment manufacturing, troubleshooting, and repairs, with a strong emphasis on mining industry applications.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting and have a solid foundation in electrical systems, safety standards, and technical schematics. The ideal candidate is adaptable, hands-on, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship on everything from custom builds.

As part of our electrical team, you will play a vital role in assembling and maintaining TES-manufactured equipment, performing upgrades and repairs, and supporting occasional installation and commissioning projects at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities





- Perform electrical assembly and wiring for industrial control panels and machinery
- Read, interpret, draft electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and systems in-shop and occasionally off-site
- Participate in shop builds, manufacturing of custom equipment, and refurbishment of electrical components
- Follow electrical code and site-specific safety procedures
- Ensure tools, equipment, and workspaces are maintained in safe and operational condition
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to meet deadlines and quality standards

Skills & Attributes

- Familiarity with underground and surface mining electrical systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Electrical design experience considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
