Assist with designing and implementing marketing campaigns.

Responsible for social media accounts and updating website.

Provide tours to new potential tenants.

Resolve applicant/tenant queries about applying for units, maintenance within units, and issues arising in their present unit and liaising with other team members when required.

Maintain applicant/tenant files in electronic systems, perform set-up in the system of incoming tenants and maintain tenant database.

Organize building events.

Work with team members to coordinate repair and/or maintenance request submitted by tenants or superintendents. This includes assisting with troubleshooting techniques, scheduling professional/contractor visits, following up to ensure the issue has been satisfactorily resolved, and maintaining records of requests.

Follow up with potential tenants, superintendents and issue reminders as required.

Prepare tenant notices and follow up with tenant issues.

Prepare monthly statistical reports regarding vacancy reports, move-in reports, and prospecting statistics.

Answer phones and deal with incoming calls.





Communicate with other team members regarding unit readiness/move-in reports, and prospecting statistics.

Problem identification and problem-solving skills, ability to independently resolve routine issues, and provide input into the resolution of more complex issues.

Stay current with Accounts Receivable and other issues with tenants and support the collection of tenant receivables.

Ability to work with a variety of personalities with tact, solid customer service skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Must take ownership and responsibility of his/her own work.

Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Prior experience with Yardi is considered an asset.

Strong written and oral communication skills mandatory

Solid work ethic and positive team attitude

Perform other duties as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
