Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Orthodontist to join our dental practice.

Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive orthodontic evaluations, including taking X-rays, photographs, and impressions

- Diagnose dental and facial irregularities, such as malocclusions or misalignments

- Develop customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals

- Install, adjust, and remove orthodontic appliances, such as braces, aligners, or retainers

- Monitor patient progress throughout treatment and make necessary adjustments

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices during orthodontic treatment

- Collaborate with other dental specialists, such as oral surgeons or periodontists, as needed

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthodontic techniques and technologies

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of orthodontic principles, techniques,



and procedures

- Proficiency in using dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, Epic) for patient records management

- Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software for creating orthodontic appliances

- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise adjustments

- Knowledge of medical terminology related to orthodontics

- Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds

- Robust attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
