Responsibilities

- Supervise children during before and after school hours, ensuring their safety at all times
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage creativity, social skills, and early learning
- Provide tutoring support or academic assistance as needed to reinforce classroom lessons
- Foster positive behavior by setting clear expectations and modeling respectful interactions
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress and any concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop program activities that meet the diverse needs of children

Requirements





- Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Strong skills in tutoring or teaching young learners to support their academic development
- Ability to engage children actively while maintaining patience and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication skills to connect with children, parents, and team members
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided if needed
- A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and fostering a positive learning environment
