Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are strictly followed to maintain hygiene standards
- Plate dishes attractively and efficiently for service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and sanitation




- Support the team in meal preparation during peak hours to meet customer demand

Experience

- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail in meal presentation
- Strong understanding of the food industry, including meal preparation and serving protocols
