About Fratelli Broccolo

Fratelli Broccolo is a family-owned mobile wood-fired pizza catering company serving weddings, private celebrations and corporate events throughout the Niagara Region. We prepare and bake our pizzas live at each event.

We are looking for an experienced Pizza Maker to join our event team.

This is a casual, event-based position. It does not provide a regular weekly schedule or guaranteed hours. Shifts are offered according to confirmed bookings and generally take place during evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

- Stretch and shape pizza dough by hand
- Prepare, top and bake pizzas consistently
- Work efficiently during fast-paced live event service
- Maintain quality, speed and organization throughout service
- Assist with food preparation, event setup, service and cleanup
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- Follow all food-safety procedures
- Work closely with the rest of the catering team

Requirements

- Previous professional pizza-making experience is required
- Strong dough-handling, stretching and baking skills




- Experience with a wood-fired pizza oven is a strong asset
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
- Available primarily during evenings and weekends
- Able to travel to different event locations throughout the Niagara Region
- Comfortable working outdoors, around high temperatures and in a fast-paced setting
- Food Handler Certificate is an asset

Compensation and Schedule

- $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
- Flexible, casual and event-based scheduling
- No guaranteed weekly hours
