Our company was established in Canada in 2010. We provide international air freight, ocean freight, and integrated logistics solutions to customers across a wide range of industries.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Sales Representative – Air & Ocean to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new customers for air freight, ocean freight, and freight forwarding services

- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry contacts, and other sales channels

- Understand customers' international shipping requirements and provide suitable air freight, ocean freight, and integrated logistics solutions

- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and service terms with customers

- Follow up on sales leads and convert opportunities into active accounts

- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for newly developed customers

- This is a sales-focused position. The primary responsibility is to develop new customers and generate recent air and/or ocean freight business. This is not an operations-focused role.





Requirements:

- At least 2 years of sales experience in air freight, ocean freight, freight forwarding, or international logistics

- Sales experience in either air freight or ocean freight is required; experience in both is a strong asset

- Proven ability to develop new customers and generate new business

- Existing customer relationships or an established network within the freight forwarding/logistics industry is a strong asset

- Good understanding of international air and/or ocean freight services, pricing, and shipping processes

- Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven

- Good English communication skills and Mandarin proficiency is required

Compensation & Benefits:

- Base Salary + Sales Commission

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
