About the Role

Infinity Project Services is hiring a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to lead construction and final cleaning crews with a strong focus on training, quality, and consistency. This role is for someone who leads from the front, takes pride in a high-quality finish, and is committed to building a strong, capable team.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Training:
- Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning methods, safety, and company standards
- Lead by example by working alongside the crew
- Build a culture of accountability, efficiency, and pride in workmanship

Quality Control:
- Inspect work during and after completion to ensure high standards are met
- Identify and correct deficiencies quickly and effectively
- Maintain consistent, high-quality finishes on all projects

On-Site Work:
- Perform construction and final cleaning tasks as needed
- Ensure proper use of equipment, products, and PPE
- Adapt to site conditions to deliver top-quality results

Communication:
- Provide clear direction and feedback to crew members
- Act as the in office lead for quality-related matters
- Report issues and progress to management

Qualifications

- Experience in construction and/or final cleaning (required)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience

- IICRC Certifications an asset
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety practices
- Physically capable of demanding work




- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract required

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities within commercial spaces to ensure all areas meet established cleanliness standards.




- Assign tasks to custodial staff, monitor work quality, and provide ongoing training to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to verify adherence to safety protocols and cleanliness requirements.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment.
- Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, addressing concerns promptly, and promoting professional development.
- Implement cleaning schedules that optimize operational flow while minimizing disruptions to building occupants.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to custodial work and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications

- Proven custodial or cleaning experience in a commercial setting, demonstrating knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience in a cleaning or facilities management role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination and reporting.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment operation, and safety protocols related to commercial cleaning environments.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods as required by custodial duties.
