Duties

- Coordinate daily HVAC service appointments, ensuring timely dispatch of technicians to client sites
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing clear updates on service status and scheduling
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, including appliance repair logs, refrigeration work, and equipment repairs
- Support field technicians with troubleshooting guidance related to HVAC/R systems, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler maintenance




- Assist in managing inventory of parts and tools necessary for HVAC/R field service operations
- Prepare and review invoices for customers

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and appliance repair
- Field service experience with a focus on air conditioning systems and property maintenance
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work well with others

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
