What We’re Looking For:
- Red Seal Certification in Heavy Equipment or Truck & Transport Mechanics.
- 5–7+ years of experience working on big rigs, heavy-duty gear, or industrial machines.
- A solid grip on diagnostics—mechanical, electronic, and computerized systems.
- Hands-on mastery with everything from engines to air brakes, and from AC systems to suspensions.
- Someone autonomous, sharp-minded, and solution-driven.
- A communicator—someone who can explain the “what” and “why” to teammates.
- The kind of person who doesn’t just do the job, but does it right.
Your Role in a Nutshell:
- Diagnose and repair all kinds of mechanical and electrical issues on vehicles and equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to keep our fleet in top shape.
- Perform quality control tests and safety checks.
- Manage parts/tools inventory like a pro.
- Work safely, cleanly, and with pride in your craft.
